The first company I supported was a small factoring company in Fukuoka. They had no customer management process and were just beginning to build acquisition. While working on advertising at Google, I felt ad settings alone would not solve their problem, so I went beyond my formal scope to improve Meta ads and review their sales flow.
But as long as I stayed at Google, there were limits to what I could do. The desire to step further and deeper into clients' businesses became the reason I became independent.
Today, we have built a team that can support advertising, SEO, site production, and sales management together. What I could not do then, we can now do as one team. That is both exciting and a point of pride.
"You are my right hand."
A client CEO once said that to me. I want us to remain the kind of partner that does not just deliver proposals, but stands beside clients, looks at the numbers together, and thinks through the next step together.
